Well guys, we're still alive and kicking, and our new cd walked into the pre-production stage. The sound it's a bit different from what all we've been doing before, but we hope that nobody will be disappointed! It will be ready... uhm when it will be ready, I suppose :)
Meanwhile, welcome to our new domain www.eclisse.org powered by www.aruba.it . Yes, I know, .org evokes strange ideas, but it was the only suffix left...
I also did add some new photos, and reconverted the audio clips in realaudio 7 format.

Well, it seems that people at MTV Italy were talking about our site, yesterday! Our two guitarists Berardo & Gianluca were zapping thru the channels when they heard a "familiar" music on MTV. They didn't manage to record the show on videotape, because they were absolutely paralyzed :) , so we hope there will be another run of the show... Thanks to the guys at MTV Italy!!!
Anyway, we would extend our thanks to everyone who contributed to give us the satisfactions of these last days... We hope we can reward you soon.

On Friday 17th, Eclisse became #1 on the mp3.com's prog rock charts. First, we would thank everyone contributed to this success (even if maybe ephemeral): people who bought our cd, and people who downloaded our songs. Thanks for giving us this huge satisfaction.
Second, I would dedicate this first place to the people who did spit on us, and who did deceive us, none excepted. Excuse me, but sometimes it takes a little injection of ego :P . As somebody singed: "I'm the assassin with tongue forged from eloquence" .....
Finally, I would announce the close coming back of Eclisse, with some surprises. Some titles: "Lumi Coscienti", "Notturni" and "Dinamica 1", of course. But I will say no more.

Considering the unexpected success we appear to have in foreign countries (see on mp3 com, yesterday we were n°2 on progressive rock charts!!), I decided to recycle the geocities page as an english mirror... So, forgive me for my bad english :) (I've learned it playing Zak McKracken and Maniac Mansion :P ). If you discover something wrong, you can be my teacher!! :)
Anyway, we thank all the people who bought our cd, and the ones who did download our songs. Thanks, thanks, and thanks! These are things that give us the strenght to go on.
Our mp3 files are now avalaible even on vitaminic and freerecords. For now, you can only play realaudio files, and download two free mp3 files: soon, you will be able to buy a single song or the entire cd!)

Keep checking that site, because we will often change the avalaible songs.

After a long long "pregnancy", our new site is finally online. Unfortunately, I have less and less time to update it, and probably I should find someone to manage it.
Anyway, I hope you like it.
We have some little "revolutions" to do in our band... The historical and creative nucleus, anyway, still remains the same, and we probably will never give up, even if sometimes everything seems to go really really bad.
But you can bet that our enthusiasm is always the same, if someone should doubt about it.
Maybe we have more and more anger and experience, in the case we did'nt have enough, in these 5 years of playing music together. As they say, you never stop learning.
The requiem time still has to come.....
